Hi,
Does anyone know how upload_tmp_dir gets set for PHP when creating a new Wordpress site? I have tried deleting MySQL and creating a new one, carrying out a new install of Wordpress then trying to uploading a media file.
This did not avoid the "Missing a temporary folder" message and PHP still had upload_tmp_dir unset.
Does the hosting site have to re-create MySQL?
