I'm glad to hear that you've made some progress!
To answer your question: the server with my_pthread_fastmutex is required for this build of ClouSE to work, not just during installation.
Send email to support at oblaksoft dot com and we'll see if we can build ClouSE that is compatible with the server that you have in Plesk.
