I am running a couple of sites on AWS (t1.micros - I realize they are small) and maybe once every few months some of the sites cannot connect to the database.
The fix is easy, just restart the mysql daemon and the sites are fine again. It seems like it is an issue with MySql connection pool or something.
I have not configured or tailored my MySql config file (my.cnf). Just wondering is there any workaround or way of preventing this from happening?
