biscuitmix on "wp-config.php database error"

I've been having quite a few problems uploading my wordpress files, specifically wp-config.php, on a new website harleystreetandrology.com. I've checked all the database details i created via 123-reg, all the information on wp-config.php seems to be correct. I also included the server details, rather than keeping localhost. I get the error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage23/ha/rl/ey/harleystreetandrology.com/public_html/wp-config.php on line 28
I've tried deleting databases, trying new ones. I've used a fresh wordpress set, also tried setting up a new wp-config using a freshly downloaded wordpress set and changing the wp-config-sample.php file. I've used wordpress a few times on various sites i've created, i just can't see what i've done wrong.
