silverliebt on "[Plugin: Subscribe2] mysql error"

I monitor WP using NewRelic and I am consistently getting the following message since upgrading to 3.9x:
Table 'wordpress.wp_subscribe2_app' doesn't exist

Should I be concerned about this. The table that does exist is wp_subscribe2
