I am running approximately 30 sites, currently using MySQL v5.1 (and PHP 5.4).
I noticed that after installing something, it stated (on screen) that I should upgrade my MySQL version. And the newest version is approximately 5.6.
My host can upgrade my MySQL without any issue, but I'm curious if this would break things on my sites, either Wordpress itself or themes or plugins.
I was hoping to get some input from people who have upgraded their MySQL version (on a Linux server) to 5.6. Any issues after upgrading? Anything at all?
Or, should I not upgrade MySQL from 5.1 to anything at this time.
Please let me know your thoughts.
