nowton on "[Plugin: iThemes Security (formerly Better WP Security)] Logs screen turns up blank"

As per title, we are under the impression there are a lot of stale log entries and tried to purge them. However the screen on which to do so turns up blank. Is there some SQL equivalent we can use, or alternative solution available? Thanks in advance.
