Hi Martin,

Both George and I have attempted to help you, but it appears the issue either lies with your profile or your website.

When we logged into your website, it is clear there are PHP errors present. We tried to determine what they were, but you don't have your debug variables set correctly so your debug tools aren't showing any output.

We also see that you have 4 separate facebook feed plugins installed -- do you have luck with any of them?

As much as I would like you to use our product, if it isn't working for you with your particular wordpress setup, it may be best to stick with one of the other 4 options you've tried -- if any of them are working for you.

If none of the other 4 options are working, either, then I recommend using the one that works. I want to see you succeed, and that would be the fastest route to success.

Here are the steps you should try:

1) On a vanilla wordpress site, install our plugin,
2) Make sure your Page is a Public Page, with no Country or Age restrictions,
3) Make sure you have no PHP errors on your website,
4) Then try using our product on it to see what output you get.

Unfortunately, due to the PHP errors on the current site and the lack of Debug output, we are unable to see what the issue is (our plugin doesn't load correctly, the Help and Status tests do not operate.)

Martin, I really thank you for your kind words and for trying diligently to use our software. I wish you the best of luck!

All the best,
Richard
