Thanks for the hint Rafael. I guess this is only on multisite setups? In my case I copied the structure of wp_1_itsec_lockouts, wp_1_itsec_log and wp_1_itsec_temp to wp_itsec_lockouts, wp_itsec_log and wp_itsec_temp via phpMyAdmin. iThemes should be looking into this.
