xxx222 on "Microsoft Web Platform Installer v 5.0 - ERROR"

I am stuck on the installation!
The Microsoft Web Platform Installer is giving me a problem. It is refusing to allow me to "name" the database administrator and I cannot save that part which is already done and accepted. I have to "cancel" to get out of the program.
Here is the error that I am getting:
Authentication to host 'CaptainJack' for user 'ProfessorHester' using method 'mysql_native_password' failed with message: Access denied for user 'ProfessorHester'@'CaptainJack' (using password: YES) Cannot connect to the database".
The source is invalid, Object of type 'dbMySql' and path 'server= CaptainJack.:uid= ProfessorHester'
