I was just wondering if it is possible to set up Relevanssi in a database of its own (with different username/password on a different server) for performance optimizations?
I have a largeish wordpress install and the database is pretty chockers, plus my host only allows 15 concurrent connections to that same database and i notice if many people are searching, sometimes it can result in 500 errors.
So. i see that if relevanssi was seperated out it would halve the load and also reduce the size of the wordpress DB considerably..
