jonl711 on "Installed new version on new server, need to bring old to new."

I've been able to copy the old database to the newer location, in phpmyadmin I can see the database listed.

Do I still need to do an import? I would think not since it is showing up in phpmyadmin list of databases.
My next question is which files do I need to change in order to bring up the website? I think it may be a php config file, but I do not know which one or its location.
