Last week my blog was deactivated by my host because I was using too many resources on their server (I think). They asked that I deactivate all plugins and slowly add them back to figure out the culprit, but they thought it may have to do with a social media sharing plugin. Also that there were a ton of spam comments coming through. I updated askimet, added wordfence and wp-spamshield and deactivated and deleted many other plugins. No more spam that I can tell. But my MySQL Slow Load Queries are still pages long. Particularly at 1:13 am PST, there is a large file (?). They told me to monitor my Mysql slow loads but reading them is like reading LATIN. I HAVE NO IDEA what they mean. Or what is causing the problem. I also repaired and optimized my myphp files/tables (?). I was having these issues before I upgraded and after I upgraded to the most current version of WP. Here are some examples of my slow load queries at 1:13am:

I should also note that I don't notice any issues when looking at my site until Bluehost shuts me down. I appreciate any advice!
