My VAT is always return zero no matter the configurations i put. Tried patches workarounds of creating the 2 tables in the db wp_woocommerce_tax_rate_locations and `wp_woocommerce_tax_rate_locations but nothing changes, same result. Anybody who can help.? Am using the latest woocommerce plugin (2.5.2).
