JEGuitarist on "Virtual Bank System (Roleplay)"

I'm trying to build a virtual banking system for forum RP..no real money, just a balance would be shown, this would consist of each person having their own balance shown after logging in. I'm attempting to do this for a friend of mine and he doesn't have any form of MySQL or FTP (Free version of wordpress with a .wordpress domain)
Is this even possible to do, if so, how? I'm out of ideas. :\ I've tried a few other sites with no luck.
