Thank you! This is helpful. As an administrator, not a programmer, I cannot log into the site to make changes. How does one have alternate access to the plug in folders? I can try to get in the back end, if I know where to look. Apologies in advance if this issue seems very trivial: just I'm not the one who designed the site (designer not available).
