Do you get those errors when the Object Cache (not the plugin) is disabled?
If yes, try switching from Predis to PhpRedis or the other way around.
If that doesn't help, try disabling all other plugins a using a core theme and see if you still run into memory issues. It's usually 3rd party plugins that cause excessive memory usage.
