Did you figure this one out, Im having a similar problem, trying to move my site from offline version to online and keep getting this error when i try import the database...
#1062 - Duplicate entry '_site_transient_timeout_theme_roots' for key 2
Have no idea what to do to fix this???
Please help!!!
