I have been struggling with this problem for months. Now I finally give up and ask for help…
When I try to change images on my site, I have to wait a long time to see the images in my library and most of the time I get connection lost errors. I tried a lot of the suggestions I found on this forum and other websites, but without any tangible result so far.
My web host suggests to upgrade my hosting solution, but I’m afraid that without knowing what causes the error, that upgrade won’t make any difference (except costing me extra money).

my PHP version is 7.2
Php memory limit is 256
Max_execution_time is 300
Max_user_connections is 15
my Theme is Undsgn
Webhost is hostinger
my wordpress version is 5.2.5
I tried the usual suspects: deactivating the plugins one by one, update them when relevant, changing the default media library, repairing the database (no errors detected). My website isn’t visited a lot. So it’s not suffering from too much traffic, except for me making changes to the pages.
Can anybody please give me some advice?
