Can someone please help me understand why W3TC is not compatible in this use case?
It has nothing to do with updraft, more likely to do with I'm using windows 2003 server with IIS/PHP fastcgi/MySQL.
As you stated, it should work with IIS,(but not all features) but however your plug-in is written for the apache/Linux market primarily..
The crash happened after enabling some feature in W3TC , so i need to restore my website. I do not know why since I'm not a coder so I cannot find the cause by analyzing the code.. :-(
