I don't use MySQL Workbench, but it has a manual page to do with importing from an SQL file here: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/workbench/en/wb-server-administration-manage-data-import-export.html. If you need specific help on MySQL Workbench, you're unlikely to get a response in the UpdraftPlus forum here (typically it's just me responding) - you should look for a community forum for MySQL Workbench (perhaps this one? http://forums.mysql.com/list.php?113)
The "resolved" mark is referring to the status of this post within the UpdraftPlus forum, and means "no known problem within UpdraftPlus". We use it to keep track of issues that we need to apply changes in the UpdraftPlus code for.
