ddunk1946 on "WP 3.6 & database relationship..."

Well, maybe I'm just losing my mind or am too impatient. (Lord, grant me patience and give it to me NOW!) :-)
I went away for a bit and came back, expecting to have to create a database or at the very least, remove and reinstall WP. But, it seems (SEEMS) to have accepted my renaming of the database and user, password and db name changes in wp-config. I am now proceeding with modifying the site with no 'cannot connect to database' error message. Really? Live and learn, I guess? Did it just take a minute to register the change or did logging and and back in somehow re-register the db? Hmmmm. That last is, perhaps, rhetorical. So far, so good on my little soap opera. :-)
