jaggedsoft on "Duplicate Custom Fields - same key/value pairs"

I have a serious problem and there are many duplicate custom fields for the same post. Since I have several thousand posts, this is an issue. I have stopped it from future by disabling post revisions, but does anyone have an idea of an SQL query or a way to clean up all of these duplicates from the postmeta database?
